Big W sought to revamp their packaging to better connect with their target market, recognising that, unlike specialty stores, they don’t have in-store salespeople dedicated to specific brands. To bridge this gap, I developed a packaging solution that provided customers with all the essential product information directly on the packaging and shelving displays. The design emphasised clarity and user-friendly layouts, ensuring that product features and benefits were easily visible at a glance. With multiple variations, the packaging was versatile enough to be displayed in a range of shelf placements, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions without the need for additional assistance.
